Fernando Stein, M.D. was the inaugural Pediatric Critical Care fellow at 黑料社区 and graduated our program in 1980. He is a past president of the American Academy of Pediatrics (2017) and served as an immediate past president in 2018. Dr. Stein is currently the interim Division Chief of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine at Texas Children鈥檚 Hospital.
M. Michele Mariscalco, M.D. graduated from our program in 1986. She is the assistant vice chancellor of Health Sciences Academic Affairs at the University of Illinois at Chicago and the associate dean for Systems-Based Practice at the University of Illinois College of Medicine.

Linda Thompson, M.D. graduated from our program in 2006. She is the division chief of pediatric critical and intensive care services at Cook Children鈥檚 Hospital in Fort Worth, TX where she also serves as medical director of PICU and Pediatric Transport. In addition, she is the chair of Cook Children鈥檚 Physician Network Board of Directors.

She is the medical director of Quality and Safety for the Critical Care Division and co-chair of the Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Committee at Texas Children鈥檚 Hospital.
William Cutrer, M.D. M.Ed. graduated from our program in 2010. He is an associate dean for UME at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine where he also serves as the director of Learning Communities and the Immersion Phase co-director. Dr. Cutrer is one of the editors of the book, 鈥淭he Master Adaptive Learner鈥, the 1st edition of an AMA MedEd Innovation Series.
